Refund & Return Policy

We want you and your little one to love the Poppit Board. If something isn't right, here's exactly how returns, replacements and refunds work.

Return window

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Items not eligible for return

Products showing signs of use — surface contamination, personal markings, physical damage, or accumulated dirt from use — are not eligible for return.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please report it within 24 hours of delivery to support@clapstoretoys.com with your order number and clear photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, and we cover the return shipping.

Other returns

For a change-of-mind return within 7 days, a full refund is available. The customer pays a ₹150 return courier charge, or may arrange their own courier at their expense.

Refund timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch — email us with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered for defective or damaged items, with shipping covered by us. Non-defective exchanges incur a ₹150 charge.

Warranty

The Poppit Board carries a standard 1-month warranty covering manufacturing defects only. Please register your product within 7 days of purchase to activate it.
